How do you price cleanings?

A few things we consider when providing a quote are the size, the level of cleaning needed and any special ad-ons like ovens, windows, or fridges.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! Most of our clients provide entry instructions but if you stay home that’s okay too, whatever you’re comfortable with.

What’s the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?

Standard Cleaning: general upkeep — dusting, floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and tidying.

Deep Cleaning: includes everything in standard plus baseboards, inside appliances, detailed scrubbing, and hard-to-reach areas.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring all our own professional cleaning products and tools.
If you prefer we use your personal products (for allergies, eco preferences, etc.), just let us know in advance.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
